I use a thermal imaging camera on all my inspections at no extra charge. It is one of my most useful tools for finding leaks, energy loss and other defects not visible to the naked eye.
I offer sewer scope inspections to see the condition of the sewer lines which can be costly to repair.
11-month warranty inspection.
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires.
Mold testing is available. I can take air and/or surface samples to send to a certified lab for analysis. Results within 4-5 days.
NPMA-33 Termite/ wood destroying organism inspection.

I have been certified to test and mitigate radon since receiving a scholarship from the Weld county health department back in 2007. I have tested for radon and inspected mitigation systems for many years. A minimum of 48 hours is required to perform radon testing and it is an additional service I can provide.
